Jackie Robinson

I choose Jackie Robinson for my NHD project because I am interested in how he became the first African-American baseball player and how he started his career. This person is important to history because without his efforts it wouldn't be baseball and wouldn't became the first African-American baseball player.

Service Learning

  Service Learning mean to me is finding research and different issues to help the community. What I will like to do for service learning is violence. The reason why I picked this topic because I think it would be a great thing to learn about and we can find a way to stop violence if we put the word out. What I mean is make a poster that can support the issue violence and what we can do to prevent more crimes in the world.

Presidential Election

One issue that is important is education and Barack Obama is a great candidate to support that issue. Another one is economy and the reason why I say this because the economy needs a lot of help. Obama plan for education is to improve better schools and help younger children and parents.  John McCain is only willing to help the economy which is not enough.  

Why I Chosed, Constitution High School?

I chose Constitution High School because I knew this school will make me be successful in life and I can accomplish all of my goals. Another reason I picked this school is because it will give me strength to go to college and get a master degree in law, knowing that this school is mostly about social studies and law anyway. I could join the debate program or the mock trial that can get me ready for college and I will already know the meaning of law and how to become a lawyer When I grow up I will achieve all of mine dreams and get a good career because I went to this school and the teachers extra support at the Constitution High School.
